Welcome to my Villa! I left my home town of Athens. It was a disagreement over how I wanted to live my life. My father wanted to marry me off to an old and boring guy. I much prefered to find an intelligent man on my own.
Unfortunately I was abducted by slave traders while waiting down at the harbor for a ship to Crete. Now I find myself up for sale at the slave market of Pompeii.
I speak fluent Greek, and some Latin. And I can read & write said Greek. Somewhat unusual in a Greek woman. But it was a simple matter to have my father's scribe, teach me along with my brothers, as we were growing up.
