I am respectful of all the Gods, but have chosen Anat, also known under the guise of Astarte as my patron Goddess. Daughter of Re, Mistress of the Sky and a Goddess of War, she suits me well. I am not fond of war, but it is an unavoidable condition of humanity. What one cannot escape, one should embrace. Giving life and creating beauty are better trades to choose but we are not always cast the life we wish for. Until Isis grants me family and peace, I will beg Anat to help me protect what is beholden to me.
