Cantharus
The cantharus was a large cup with two handles and resting on a foot.
It was part of the argentium potorium and it was widely used.
The picture below shows a cantharus from the Moregine treasure depicting a priestess of the Isiac cult while she is feeding a grape to a cock on an altar. On the right is a detail from the same cantharus showing a table with ministerium on it.

Below are other examples of canthari retrieved from various houses in Pompeii .
The cantharus below was retrieved in Pompeii in the "Casa dell'Argenteria" it shows scenes of Centaurs with cupids.
