Southwestern Pictland
The name of Strathclyde can be used to identify the large peninsula of southwestern Pictland, an area that saw changing boundaries throughout the Dark Ages. It shared borders with the British petty kingdom of Caer Guendoleu and the Gaelic territories of Galwyddel and Dalriada.
