The inspiration for this site began as a dream in the Great Stoa.
THE PILGRIMAGE TO DELOS
This role-play began in the Great Stoa of Athens. Members were encouraged to make a pilgrimage to the sacred Island of Delos. These are the halcyon days, and the famous Delian League has just been formed. Hellas becomes the master of the seas and thus the 'Golden Age of Greece' begins.
This is a dramatic presentation of what life may have been like thousands of years ago. We will span the great age of Taurus the Bull; [this was the ancient Minoan civilization], Aries the Ram, and the early days of the Piscean era. We are now in the new Acquairian age, or the later days of Pices. It is a matter of how you want to look at it.
