Darkness and light can be a metaphor for the knoweldge we have

Everyday we are bombarded by hundreds of pieces of information a day and as each day ends we make sense of it. I find it interesting to see how our knowledge or lack of it affects how we live our daily lives.

How many of us have enough knowledge of ancient civilizations to view them mentally, see the life as it was, understand the way they saw the world and more.
