During the course of the Maya civilization it was influenced by several neighboring cultures which include the Izapa, the Miraflores, the Olmecs, the Toltecs, the Itza and those residents of Teotihuacan, to name a few. This thread is for dicussion of the influences these cultures had on the Maya.
