This is the thread for discussion on the god/godddess Pales and for information about the Flamen Palatualis as well as the cult of Pales.
The deities (as they use to be a pair) that presided over the livestock of the farm.
His/Her cult was managed by a special priest, the Flamen Palatualis. His festival, the Parilia, was celebrated on April 21.
