The Nut Shed
|
|
Nuts were an important part of the Cherokee diet, and also provided medicines and dyes.
I've spent the late fall wandering through the woods, gathering nuts to store for the winter.
Despite having to battle squirrels, raccoons, deer, groundhogs, and the occasional wild boar,
I have more than I can possibly use.
Take a basket of nuts and leave something in return!
