I can tell that you see what I mean now. The hoods thing is still all new to us even though it has been around a year. A good example of what I mean is we see the metropolis city of Waset. In there is "The Artisans District." People aren't going to go all patriotic living in "The Artisans District" but they would get a little misty eyed when they think of a secondary city located within the metropolis such as Iuny city or city of Per-Hathor. You get the idea. The idea of capital cities having subsidiary cities was normal in Ancient Egypt anyway. People than can say, "I live in Per-Hathor, just outside of Waset" instead of "I live in the Artisans District of Waset." The last choice doesn't sound as cool. You can't really be a mayor of an artisans district but you can be of a village/town/city.
