Let me start off by saying that I love what Egypt has done with its neighborhoods. The big reason I haven't made the commitment of going full boar into it is one simple thing: I really don't like how the cities break up in to districts. If the "city" was treated as a metropolis and the districts were instead many of the smaller cities (like New York City has Harlem and Queens not "10th Street to 40th Street"), I would be all buggy for it. Good example is the Aswan area. There's a Philae city and small districts and Abu city and small districts. I would have rather seen Syene with the small cities (districts) of Philae and Abu. It just makes it more reachable for people who want to live in small areas but don't know what the heck the district is. They can relate to small towns easier than districts. As QuintusCinna, I did this for Rome's Illyricum by having them create a region called "Manos Bay" and have the few cities within that region. Yes, I'm picky.
