Freyja opened the door and stepped back saying, "Sir, you are welcome. What news have you of the battle?" And Kon stepped into Saga's abode.
"Hail Freyja," Kon answered her, nodded at Saga, and then glanced down at where the Berserker lay on his back.
"The fight is over. Many others joined the battle, even as I left you, and the Vandals have been routed. There is some damage to the Red Boar but I expect that they are weathering this night and that the wounded are being cared for," Kon said.
With an uncharacteristic chuckle, he continued, " When I left, Dallas and Amalasuntha were still at it. I hope that she lets him live. He has survived many battles but that is one I have my doubts about."
"I came back to see if help was needed with the Berserker. How fares he?"
