Many good and thoughtful responses here. I suppose, in the end, it depends on what you think AW is all about. Do you view it as a USSR-type secret organization, based on profit at all costs, and whose only purpose is to lull you into a false sense of security, then rip off and make money off of any graphics you create, any stories you write, all the while pretending to be a friendly community of people who all contribute and share?

Or do you realize it's an almost entirely volunteer organization that has to, in the sad world of today, put up some protections or we'd be eaten by copyright lawsuits and other zingers than would close the site down?

Phenom, and anyone at all who is so concerned, are more than welcome to remove all of their content, if they believe it's the former and not the latter. The rest of us will muddle along as best we can, sharing.
