I'm not a patron anymore to post all this in my journal, so I was told I could post some pics and my baby story here. Here it goes :D

At 6:40am on August 2nd my water broke. I wasn't having any contractions just yet so I took a shower, even shaved my legs, and got ready for the hospital. Once ready, I still wasn't having any contractions so me, my mom, and older sister hopped in the car and went shopping. HAHA, yep, I went shopping while in labor.

Of course, my mom had to tell every cashier that I was about to have a baby and they all looked at me like I was crazy. But I honestly wasn't in any pain, so off to the mall we went for some more shopping. By 11am I started to feel some pain, but nothing too bad and 10 minute apart. By 11:30 though I had to stop to catch my breath. I started to feel some pain and they were getting closer together. It was time to get to the hospital.

When I got to the hospital I was 4cm apart. The contractions were close together, but I was thinking this isn't bad. If these are contractions, ha, I can handle. Yeah, I just jinxed myself right then and there. All of a sudden the contractions got SO bad I felt like my body was ripping in two and all I wanted to do was escape. The last thing I wanted to hear was everyone tell me breath, just breath through it. No, I didn't want to breath. I wanted to crawl in a hole and forget I even got pregnant. Not possible. I was asking, okay more like screaming, for an epidural by now.

Once I got an epidural I was flying with the birds. Nothing felt better. But, wow, they weren't lying when they said you'd feel pressure, but no pain. Nope, no pain, but that was some intense pressure.

Anyway, I ended up pushing for 2 and half hours with no baby in sight. Needless to say I ended up with a c-section and at 10:02 pm Pearse Conor was born. He was 7lbs 2oz and was 19in long. Poor little guy had a super corn head after 2 and a half hours of mommy trying to push him out. Don't except me to share those picture with you though :P

Here was a few pictures of Pearse Conor.
