As reported by the BBC, Yale University has agreed to return a 4,000+ collection of artifacts taken from Machu Picchu by its "discoverer" professor Hiram Bingham in the early 20th Century. The items will now begin become a traveling exhibit before finding a permanent home at a museum in Cuzco, Peru. Although Yale initially seemed determined to hold onto the collection, it's nice to find someone somewhere is still willing to do the right thing...albeit under the threat of legal action.
