The event at Foyat House for Christmas is looming. How are we going to handle this? I think we need a rough outline, so that we all understand what's going on.

Not everybody writing here will post of course. For whatever reasons. But I think we need to figure out who needs to post what before we can declare it to be "Christmas eve."

I know that I need to get up an Anne post, and maybe a Lucy post. I don't think we need any more Alice posts at the moment. We know what she's doing for the next few days.

Also, I think we need to know details about the house, etc. I don't want to post "Oh my what a lovely oriental carpet" and then be told that there is no oriental carpet. That sort of thing.

As to the party, the Montverres will attend, and will bring Ellen Wingham with them. Lucy and her delightful parents will be there, so I'm sure Willie will show up to stalk Lucy.
