Those of you, who know me, know I started reading about and building different kinds of solar cookers as a school project.

It's gone a bit farther now. The school project is done, but I'm still working on designing and building solar cookers and using my cookers.

So far this summer I have used my solar oven to make corn bread, cheeseburger casserole, eggplant parmesan. I'm not sure if you would count the afternoon I was trying to bake some potatoes...

Does anyone else here have an interest in solar cooking? If so do you have some tips and recipes?
