    I am pleased to join with Byzantium. I was once a member, under another pseudonym, at AS and while reading through the AW groups the other day I came across Byz and thought I might well join.

    I certainly know little of the Eastern empire but I enjoy exploring new areas. Thank you for your kind greetings.
