I have no clue why I'm addicted to the show--I mean, I'm nowhere near being a trucker and live in about as opposite a climate as possible. Maybe its the novelty of it.

Maybe I also find it fascinating to watch people who are willing to put their lives on the line every day just to make money--we're not talking about saving others' lives--we're talking about just money, all the way around (they're running supplies to a DeBeers diamond mine).

My biggest irritation with the program? They show the same computer graphics and footage of the ice over and over and over again.
