Horrible! Such a fiasco... the party ruined, Nesime shot, guests fleeing into the halls and away from their fears. "Lovely," she murmured to herself as she knocked back the last swallow of her glass and made sure that there were no more suprises in the hall for Simon to find. His salon was destroyed, but he had maids to clean up after his crowd. One of her pointed toes kicked a glass from in front of the door as she pushed it behind her.

Headed towards the lift, she thought she heard something. A weakened murmur came just from behind one of the partially opened door. "Who is there? You are surrounded," her hand went for the small revolver in her hand bag, pushing the door open with the tip of her toes. It connected with someone, or so the gasp that followed its stop told her... "Come out of there, this instant and I wont let them hurt you, cheri" A groan was the reply. Carefully, she edged into the chamber, only to find Simon laying upon the ground looking as if he'd gotten a rather nasty suprise. She stuffed the gun into her bag and went to his side.

Gently slapping his cheek with her fingertips, "Mon puce... cheri, you have to come around... We could be in danger..." His blinking eyes seemed to focus that she was a friend, but little more. "Can you get up? We have to get you out of here... there was a shooting. I think it was intended for you..."

After a few moments, she helped the swaying entertainer down the rear stairs of the Hotel Ritz and slipped him out into the crowd leading him towards the Hotel Rhin. A charming reminder of the Second Empire... once the home to the little general himself, and now filled with all the perfect clients for a fashionable designer. A smile towards the manager as they entered, "I will return to explain... My guest isnt well. Please see my suite is not disturbed until I speak with you. Merci Robert, you are so very good to me." Her lashes fluttered until she turned her companion towards the stairs.

Soon in her chamber, Simon was safely stowed on her bed. "See what happens when you leave a beautiful alone in Paris for the second time? You are in worse shape than the last..." His laugh was cut short by a fit of coughing. "I'll go down and get a spare key. You'll stay here for a few days, n'est pas? So that someone can keep an eye on you, Monsieur. You can not be trusted by yourself."

"You cant be trusted with me either...", he drawled wewakly as she turned to give him a wink. Simon could hear the key turn in the door, she planned to leave him locked inside until she could figure out what he was up to... and who knew about it. First things first, she had to deal with Robert and get a few essentials for her new guest.
