We are in the Great Smokey Mountains. My feet burn from walking many miles. For the past eight years, I have walked about five miles a day, and stood the rest of the time while working. The cooling waters are healing to the weary and swollen feet. I am finding many wild berries growing here also. The cyber-world often seems to imitate real life. This is a good place to meditate upon the past and contemplate the future.

Now I must take advantage of the present moment.
