I'm trying to find out information on a type of sword; one found at Linsane, Ireland. I believe it is classified as "Lisbourne" type. I'm having trouble picturing it in my mind. An article by Cinaet Scotach at the website, www.clannada.org, describes it as a "thrusting" sword. Is the Lisbourne Class sword simply the short-sword type used by most Celts across Europe?
