...I'm all in when it comes to people joining us and being creative! It's just that the kind of slavery with flagelling whips and all of that wasn't probably a part of Egyptian life. My docents at the university do research about stuff like this and there really isn't any solid proof. I didn't say there weren't etnic minorities and that they served Egyptian nobles, it's just that there is no proof for the ruthlessness of the slavery like we know it from ancient Greece and Rome. But again: I don't want to tell people what to do and I certainly don't want people to cut out of the story because of this! Let creativity flow, of course! I just think we should be carefull and not be too harsh to our slaves/servants ;-)
