I've got to admit, I'm like Hilarity, I don't always measure or follow the rules, but this should be simple even for those who do. (Oh, yeah, I like to microwave instead of bake). Set your oven on whatever temp you use for baked potato's, or nuke them, once the potato's are done, slit the skin and scoop out the contents and put into a bowl, set tater shells aside, and mash the tater's, and while you're mashing add some sour cream and or condensed milk, or both, some garlic and or other spices, mix well.
Then put the mixture back into the potato shells, top with scallions, shredded cheese (your choice of cheese), bacon bits, and lots of love, put into microwave or oven, let the cheese melt and then enjoy! It's good stuff and if you watch your sodium they are good for you!
