Nefer's parents left the house for their dialy check of Kadar's men in the market, Kadar had encouraged some of the best traders of the city to sell the finest goods for him and increase his already thick fortune.

Nefer had been avoiding any contact with Jasim her lover, the reckless guy had managed to get himself hired as an accountant in the house just to be able to be with Nefer, so much he loved her that he prefered to risk his life rather than not been able to see her every day, the problem was that it wasn't just his life he was endangering any indiscretion and the whole thing would be discovered, and then they both would suffer a terrible death, what could it be?, being thrown to the crocodiles pit, being hung from the neck or buried into sand?, every possibility seem to be as horrible as the other, was it worst the risk?, and still everytime they shared theirselves becoming one single flesh, they forgot the dangers and thank the gods for their illicit love.
