(OOC Anyone working for the Gennas was called a genna so when I say the name it not nessesarily means the Genna brothers)
The caravan of trucks drove into W Ogden Ave into the warehouses area, beside the cars guarding them on the sides every truck had some armed sidekicks traveling on the sides, the caravan was quickly surrounded by the North and West Siders, hidden in the alleys and abandonated buildings, Vincenzo was praying that his brother Bruno were not leading this whole operation, another confrontation with him could turn up deathly and he was in no mood for shooting Bruno and becoming fratricide, but hidden in the dark he was able to see a car that resembled so much as Bruno's, he made a grunt of annoyance and his best friend Henry on his side shushed him.
Henry was an Irish guy, a back up from the South Siders, he had recently joined the gang after his unemployed father had refused to work with Capone and threatened to turn him in, deadly mistake, Henry's house was burned and only him survived.
Hymie Weiss waited to the very last moment and then turned on the lights of his car and some big luminaries to blind the enemy in the night, then as a general in war he yelled "Open Fire" a deafening thunder of gunshoots filled the air, the first car attempted a blind run over on Weiss but it was quickly hit by a truck of the Siders and the car was crushed against the wall, the sidekicks at the sides of the trucks were the first ones to fall, the Genna's whisky was so bad that it caugh fire with the gunshooting.
Another car drove foward, the bullets couldn't brake the bullet-proof windshield but they got throught the radiator and the engine cauth fire too, in a kamikaze attack the car on flames ran over a couple West Siders and hit a wall all ablaze just before exploding.
In the panic the drivers of the trucks tryed to go on reverse, but you can't manage to move a long line of trucks smoothly in a shooting situation like this so they just smashed eachother making it just harder to escape.
As ordered Henry and Vicenzo went foward to shoot the gennas in their escape with their Thompsns Submachineguns, in the night you don't see the blood flying everywhere you just know the're hit by the yells of pain, shooting someone in the back isn't the most honorable thing to do but there's little honor among mobsters, Vicenzo lost count of the gennas he killed; The drivers of the trucks, not knowing what to do choosed to stay protected by the bullet-proof windshields in their trucks, that's when Henry torched one of the trucks with a petrol bomb, even when the bullets had left the trucks useless and the cages of bottled whysky all broken Weiss still wanted to see it all afire.
It was scary to see Weiss shotting his Tommy Gun with a mad laugher bursting out his mouth, he was really enjoying the killing, Vicenzo knew Weiss will die young (and so he did later that year, he was hardly 28) the most of the gunfire had stopped and just ramdom shoots could be hear here and there.
Some men had managed to escape into the alleys leaving the wounded to be re-shooted, Henry and Vincenzo were in such bussiness when a shot was fired from one of the alleys, Henry clutched his chest unable to yell for the terrible pain, "Damn it, I miss the shot" Vincenzo heard his brother's voice in the alley as Henry collapsed dead, that bullet was for him and it hit Henry.
Before he could even check his best friend's corpse Weiss yelled "Get Them!!!" ordering his man and Vincenzo to persecute the escapees and so he went.
(OOC Now before you start thinking that gangs now or in the 1920's are any cool just remember that gangsters die young and their loved ones will suffer for them and might be hurted too)
