Congrats to all of the nominated neighborhoods and to Celtia, the Americas, and Rome. There is no school on Friday and so I will have time to look over these lovely neighborhoods! But beware! I plan to spend my summer vacation from school working on a neighborhood at Antium. I will have a lot of questions, I am sure, but I have been saying for so long that the only stupid question is the one you didn't ask, so I plan to ask a lot of questions and keep going back to the "Winner Hoods" for creative ideas.
