Perhaps the two most famous sites in the Ancient Southwest: Cliff Palace at Mesa Verde and Pueblo Bonito in Chaco Canyon each had numerous kivas. Now, Pueblo Bonito had 32 kivas....while Mesa Verde had 23 kivas. Wow, makes you think, doesn't it? *S*
