    This is a popular breakfast recipe. The wild onions are best used fresh for the best flavor.

    Heat 3 tablespoons fat (or oil) in a skillet, then add about a cup of chopped wild onions. Add a little water, cook and stir until the onions are tender and most of the water is simmered off. Beat six eggs and scramble with the onions.
