It is not your fault at all Diana. Phenom is correct that Halikarnassos does not exist in the Hellenic hoods. Due to its Persian heritage the Mausoleum would, technically, belong among the Mesopotamian hoods. However, Halikarnassos was a Hellenic establishment and located within Hellenic Asia Minor, a region already listed in the Hellenic hoods. For this reason, it would be most appropriate in our hoods.
If you are interested in building the site for Halikarnassos, or wish to request that it be created, you may do so at the Hellas Neighborhood Project thread. This is how the hoods are developed, through member interest. If that seems "completely mismanaged" to some, my most sincere apologies.
