Travel has become nerve-wracking ; I have had to resign myself to spending hours and hours just waiting. Last month however I met some very considerate fellow travellers. Due to delays and missed connections, I was prepared to "sleep" for 3 hours in the airport parking lot in order to queue up at 6 in the morning for first connecting flight. Concerned fellow passengers offered to put me up in a hotel. Though I persuaded them that it would be a waste, the invitation was comforting.
