ROME is more sensational and awesome than it has ever been. It has to be. The producers, directors and script writers only had 10 episodes this season to cover the whole span of historical scam and atrocity between 44 and 33 (or 27?) BCE, so there they went causing havoc and mayhem!

Not that it's all that historically accurate, though. In fact, as some among us (including Mr. Tom Holland "Scriptor") already have stated: the "real" history is even far more awesome and exiting. Yet, the HBO people produced what you are enjoying now and I doubt if all those who dispute the historical correctness of it all will have enough reason to not *enjoy* what they into every Sunday night. If you are a diehard, you stay home and watch, or if you really can't watch it, you watch On Demand. Yay, that's a real diehard after me heart...

This diehard here watches the series by download. Yup, folks. Pullo is a pirate! Can't wait until February 6th, when the Dutch are going to air ROME 2, drowned in commercial breaks every 10 minutes, or when any other European channel is finally willing to let something through.

I am a diehard? You bet I am! Can't wait to watch and watch again all Mark Antony's lines, strong as armed concrete and the outstanding antics of the wto rebel rousers Vorenus and MEEE! Hope you'll love the "proceedings" of my marriage with Eirene and the hot "gypsy" Gaia thrown in..!

    In any case: *enjoy*

    Eat yer damn porridge!
