The moon shone down in the street and highlighted a man standing across the street from the Inn. He was cloaked and hooded. He stood like that for quite a while as if drinking up the sight of the Inn in front of him. A smile touched his face as he started across the street and to the front door.

Opening the door he entered and glanced around the room. A few customers were seated drinking ale although there appeared to be no staff in the room. He crossed the room and headed to a door that lay behind the bar.

Opening it, he entered and glanced around the room. The woman seated at the desk glanced up.

"Lys" a smile touched his face.

Lys was around the desk in minutes and in his arms. They were finally reunited.
