Neffy slowly read the prayer once more.
"Tie your tail around me , Oh supreme Dog.
May I walk you around the corner, Oh supreme Canine!
I know your secret name and it is:
He who take a shit in the street."

Everyone was dumbfounded. Nobody could correctly remember the prayer, let alone repeating it backwards.

"Gimme that" said Tay and grabbed the papyrus page from Neffy. "Now repeat after me the every word. Treets eth ni tihs" he said.

A kakafoni of sounds like 'Triit ee ne dis' repeated the crowd.

"No, no you idiot" jumped out Neffy and grabbed the papyrus back from Tay. "Not like that. Now, all of you repeat after me. Bebe, Akne pay attention. Street the in shit.."

They all repeat after him. She kept going and finally the reverse reading of the prayer ended without incident. "Oh I am so proud of you" Neffy acclaimed wiping tears of joy. "But please don't you all get relaxed yet. Now for the final step of the ritual" she brought out a jar "one of you has to drink this wine.."

In a split second her hand was empty as Tay had made a diving jump to grab the jar screeming "Me, me, me" beating Akne, Beebe and Ahmes to it. Before Tay's body hit the ground he had already gulped down half of the wine.

"... to sacrifice himself for the good of others." finished Neffy.

Tay was licking the remaining drops off of the jar when he heard Neffy's last words. "Sacrifice???"

"Well, this is the first time I am trying this ritual, I am not sure what-" and she stopped as words clogged in her mouth while watching Tay raising from the floor with bloody red eyes. "I .. I .." said Neffy but Tay was not paying attention to her. He raised his left foot and standing on one leg he started shaking rhythmically. Than put his left foot down, raised his right foot and started shaking his leg. He kept repeating this a few times. Then put both foot down and proceed to a double back flip and all kinds of strange moves.

"Yes, yes" screamed Neffy "I did it. I did it. He is doing the ritual dance. Quick, we need to make some music!!!".

Akne grabbed an empty jar and started beating the bottom of it like a drum. Alli was whistling into a bottle, Tiyi was drumming on the head of Tutu, Spethi was meowing, and Tay was dancing like a maniac.
