Not exactly in the same vein as the other films and such being discussed on this board, but I would like to very strongly recommend the Nickelodian animated series Avatar. The art is amazing, there is a great respect for various martial arts styles that figure greatly in the storyline, and there is a depth of characterization that I have seldom seen in animation. It is funny, touching,cute and poignant. It is available on Amazon for 30% off the srp.
