It is my recollection that the so-called "City Reps" were appointed by Heraklia Aelius to coordinate the torchbearer's relay for their city's leg of the journey.

They were not appointed by the Admins. They have no duties now that the relay is over.

And, hey, here's a remarkable thought... do we need one anyway? *G*

BTW, there is some sort of "longevity" argument being made by certain people...i.e., that THEY were the first Tarans here. (Do they think this somehow gives them the right to take over and tell others what to do? *laughs*) I find it laughable beacause I was already here and so were many others, although not using our Taran names... no one could, because the family names had not been yet established in the login form. This kind of nonsense is tiresome. And so is the presumption by any of these folk that they should dictate the direction that Tara takes.

And here's another BTW. Guardian Sept, as it was established by its founders, had aims and goals, and precepts. NONE of them had anything to do with the RP that was started in its last days. If anyone should resurrect Guardian Sept, it should be Stoney, who saved it from demolition, or Angus, who was its last leader.

For the RPer's to suggest that THEY start it again is akin to blasphemy. Start your own roleplay group and have the decency to name it something else.
