Anyone mind if I rest my old bones here for a while? *S* A pot of Earl Grey would be just the thing. When I am out and about performing my duties, I often pop into Jacksons of Piccadilly in London for a spot of tea. This tea room is far more charming!
Upon his death bed in 1845, I remarked to Charles, the 2nd Earl Grey, Viscount Howick and British Prime Minister, that he had given much pleasure in introducing his tea to the world and he passed away with a smile on his face and saying, "You know old chap, they shouldn't drink it with milk. It truly destroys the flavour."
So, as one must maintain standards, I shall drink it black. *S* Thankyou.
