By night, we trek to Kurna. Paying attention to Lady Kiya's map has ensured safe desert passage. We are able to set up camp just outside the Valley-- the Valley where our great Kings were laid to rest. When Re returns, we will pay our respects, but for now, it is time to relax.

After evening rituals, we go to our tents. High Priest Senenmut's young page is outside by the fire-- singing hymns to Amun. Tomorrow, he will not go with us into the valley- but rather, bring word to the district of Asher. At Ahsur, we, the priests of Khnemu, are to meet with those of Min and Mut.
