Holy shit, was this ever good! Great acting all around, even from Marky Mark. Damon and DiCaprio are excellent, the plot kept me on the edge of my seat the entire time, and Nicholson was certainly a psychotic gangster. The accents bugged me in a couple places but weren't too bad. The soundtrack perfectly fit the Boston-Irish-underground theme. One of the best movies I've seen at the movies in a long time.
