I really love the idea of separate threads for each of the participating characters, Voluptua - and your added insights about "the early years" (dare we call it The Wonder Years? (g)) is truly brillient!

In addition to filling in History's gaps with our own perspectives of what life was like "back then" before the Gardens were created, it'll give all of us wonderful historically based references to build our "role-playing in and around the Gardens" posts when the time comes for such stories.

And in the meantime, we can all cultivate our characters and explore Babylon's History for our posts in a wonderfully interesting way.

As for my ideas for the role-play, I'm still voting (begging pleading, and will be glad to bribe if necessary!) that you and jojo take on the two most major characters of Amytas and a Nebuchadnezzar.

And I'd submit that, in time, perhaps for some "culminating event" an additional thread (or II or III or IV or ... well, you get the idea) might be created to "consolidate" the characters and their posts onto specially set-up threads, with us using the previous, individual threads for reference and "background" as we move to the new threads (i.e., The Palace, The Gardens, The Stables, The Courtyard, etc. etc. etc.)

If you'd like, we could even create some new Topics to accommodate all this and "organize" the Board in a (hopefully) logical way while allowing for a ton of role-play ... and a ton of fun.
