I understand you, Julia. I also didn't knew that citizens would not be able to create threads in their homes and I was really surprised, believe me. I don't know specifically the reason why citizens cannot create threads in their homes but probably it's because the general settings in this site don't allow citizens to create public threads and maybe nobody thought about the question of the residences threads. I'm guessing, nothing more. I would not like either that someone I don't know could come to my place and create some threads without my permisson (I would hate it, actually!) but again, this is all new to everybody and we cannot expect that everything would fonction without any failures. With time and help from all of us these kind of problems will be solved but we have to wait a little and allow those who can actually find a solution to have some time to think about it and try to figure out a way to change it.
