the fact that the general site has a programing that allows patrons to add a thread and not citizens is one thing; the personal hoods is another thing; I never suspected that hoods would have the same structure; in groups, for instance, citizens, if they are level 5 or 6, can add threads; but forgive my surprise; anyway, I am not the only one (patrons included) who don't like the idea of someone coming into my hood, and being able to add just about anything; I am not saying that someone will do it, but it's a possibility. Quite frankly, if I knew that I would not be able to create threads, I would not create the place, in the first place.
