Ohyes, I would have loved a photo of that "flapped kitty" too! The basement was pretty dark and he meowed so sadly that hubby hurried to relieve him of it so no photo was taken...
The dieting problem, yes, weīre trying to be very strict, measuring up each morning how much he should have and then portion it out during the day. Usually he has his breakfast, then goes to sleep until afternoon when he comes and makes his computer walk which ever so often ends with me having to shove him down - and give him some pellets. After that heīs fne for a while but starts to insist a few hours later when itīs our dinner. Then he might get a little. Then at bedtime, he gets the last of his daily measure, and thatīs the way it mostly goes. In the beginning he lost one or two kilos which helped, but now he seems as round as he ever was. Maybe he adapted to the food to well? I know itīs not good for neither cats nor dogs to be overweight but this is really hard.*sigh*
