    This is not an exhaustive survey, only to give some ideas of what could be used for Tibet.

    A page with photos of Tibetan dwellings, although not a very high quality but interesteing nevertheless can be fond here.

    In southern Tibet block houses were/are popular. They are the most common civilian housing, built of stone and wood in traditional style.

    Northern Tibet, in the pastoral areas, people like to live in small and low tents.

    Letīs not forget the Temples and Monasteries, which are prolific as the Tibetans have built their whole society around the Buddhistic religion.

    So a sugggestion for Tibet could look like this (although there could be more than three options:

    Temple
    (or Monastery)
    Block house
    Tent
