Prince Kamiros kneels beside me, speaking with such genuine concern in his voice. At first I am taken aback. Before I am able to answer, Darius and Megara appear. I glance in their direction and give the answer all are waiting to hear.

"I am well and I am happy to see that all of you are too." I look at Prince Kamiros. "From what information I have gathered, there has been little damage here and no one has been hurt. Thank you for seeing that our father's resting place has not been disturbed."

"Ranae, have you seen Mother?" Darius asks.

"Not yet. I hope she has managed to sleep through this. She does need the rest. I will be surprised if we see her at all today."

"You have a point, Sis. Prince Kamiros, I too, thank you and hope that you and Camdus will join us for breakfast," Darius says as he pulls out a chair for Megara and encourages her to sit down.

Kamiros looks at me and I nod my head and smile, indicating that I would also be pleased for him to join us.
