I'm happy to introduce myself to you all! My name is Nyzoë, which is the Muranese word for 'sun' (of course, my favourite country Muran exists only in my fantasy...). In the real life, I'm from the Netherlands, so I'm used to writing my stories in Dutch. However, I think I know enough English to be able to translate something or write new stories in a language understandable for everyone here. Comments and corrections always welcome!
Like the most of you, I'm a fiction writer. I love to write stories in which I let something weird happen and then investigate how my characters deal with it. The only problem is that I usually don't finish my stories because I'm bored by the characters or stuck in a plot which has developed itself into something impossible or inconsistent... this may have something to do with the fact that I always start writing without thinking; the positive side of this is that the story tells itself and therefore I feel sometimes more like a reader than like a writer.
I hope that my membership of Quill and Parchment will improve my english as well as my ability to finish things... I'm looking forward to receiving lots of help from you all! :)
