Firstly, are you that desperate to use HTML for emails? If you are using Outlook, I'd suggest using the stationery function for it rather than HTML. If you are using HTML for something like a newsletter (or similar), I'd use Word or similar to compose the newsletter or whatever it is and then send it as an attachment.
The reason I would use these methods rather than using HTML for email is for the simple reason of that you don't know what email program(s) your recipients are using. Every email program handles HTML differently and the recipient may not get the carefully formatted email that you worked so hard on. Also, the recipients could have their email set to just plain text. Therefore all the HTML would be ignored anyway.
I'm not trying to discourage you in using HTML in email, just be aware of things like this, especially if it is going to be a mass email.
