I can't say I understand what you're asking. If you're asking, "since I believe the universe has always existed, do I believe it will always exist?", the answer is yes. If you're asking, "do I believe there are more than four dimensions?", the answer is yes again. "Do I believe there are multiple universes co-existing with ours?", yes and I have given much thought over the years of the implications of this and the mathematical evidence that it is probable.
I possibly mis-understood the direction of your dialog but I thought you were speculating on a universe, prior to ours, that didn't have the four dimensions. That is something I find difficult to impossible to believe.
