Alliums are members of the onion family. They are odd flowers, but so symmetrical. Out of the photos I took of it, I liked this one because there's only a hint of the flowers and foliage to the left, but the paving stones on the right are still identifiable, especially now that I've told you what you're seeing *G*
While most of the flower photos I will be posting here are from my own garden, this one was taken in the nearby town, as was the following rose.
