Watching the old bard jump over the bonfires is the best entertainment I've seen around here in ages, especially when his uisge breath catches fire. Of course Scatchach sails over the flames with ease. Now it's my turn.

I hand my sword to Briar, tuck my tunic into my breeks and over I go. Once. Twice. No probs. Everything's going well and I'm pretty full of my own prowess. It's the third leap that'll get ya every time. I take my time putting on a good show. I boast and strut and puff out my chest, then take that heroic run before the leap. That's when my foot slips in the Spring mud and I lose my bearing. Down on me arse I go and fly feet-first into the fire. Ouch! That hurts!

Now Mac can have the last laugh.
